Processing and Delivery

We know that once you place your order you will be eager to receive your AnyMap4U.com.au Purchase, so all orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible after receiving payment. We will notify you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible should there be any problems regarding your order or delays in delivery. If we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you within 2 days to arrange alternative delivery.

We do fulfil International orders. Therefore, No International Orders will be accepted by AnyMap4U.com.au

Normal Delivery (within Australia) with Australia Post will take 3-5days, however if you choose Express Post you will receive it the next day! (Note: this service is not available to remote areas).

All items purchased from AnyMap4U.com.au are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means once we have passed items to Australia Post the risk of loss/damage for all purchases becomes your responsibility.

 

Postal Charges
(Australian Deliveries)

All postal charges are calculated automatically according to the product weight and destination using Australia Post charges for Domestic deliveries.

Within Australia you can choose to have your parcel delivered via parcel post (from $3.40) registered parcel post (signature required) or express post (from $6.50).

 

Australia Post only offers a maximum of $50 compensation for missing Standard or Express Post parcels. Therefore it is advised that if your order is greater than this amount you choose an alternative method of delivery that requires you to sign for your parcel.

 

If you are not happy with a product purchased, AnyMap4U.com.au will gladly exchange it (not including postage costs) as long as product/s are returned as new i.e. unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase.

Please note there are no returns on sale items unless they are faulty.
